Dining Hall Rental Information
Thank you for considering our dining hall for your event. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about availability, rental rates, and expectations.

 

Rentals for the dining hall are presently not available.

 We anticipate beginning rentals in March 2026.

Hours of Operation
  • Monday–Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: After the conclusion of the morning service until 8:00 PM
  • Earlier Access: Available for prayer breakfasts or special occasions upon request
Rental Rates
  • Standard Rental: $500 for 4 hours (does not include food or beverages)
  • Reservation Requirements:
    • Must be made at least 72 hours in advance
    • Includes 50% non-refundable deposit
  • $100 refundable deposit returned if vacated promptly
  • Additional Time: $100 per hour after the initial 4 hours
Catering Services
  • Catering is available through our team
  • Please notify the coordinator at least 48 hours before your event
  • A separate catering price list is available upon request
Rental Restrictions

To maintain the spiritual integrity of our space:

Not Allowed:

  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Profanity
  • Fighting
  • Secular music
  • Smoking or drinking anywhere on church property
  • Decorations:
    • Balloons, banners, and free-standing decor are permitted
    • Do not tape, tack, or attach anything to the walls
  • Cooking & Fire:
    • Cooking on premises and use of candles are strictly prohibited
    • Sternos are allowed for warming food

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Reservation Policy
The Church reserves the right to deny rental requests from any organization or individual whose values do not align with our beliefs.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Full/Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the event will be refunded for any amount paid beyond the 50% non-refundable deposit

  • No Refunds: After the two-week mark before your scheduled event

Liability Notice

Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of church property resulting from negligence or intentional actions.
