- Preparing welcome bags for newcomers
- Coordinating events such as repasts, ordinations, outreach visits, and post-service snacks
- Supporting ministers with outreach (e.g., toy drives, book bag giveaways)
- Sharing announcements via social media, the church website, and through the church secretary
- Ensuring compliance with multipurpose room/dining hall rules and reporting issues to administrators and the Pastor
