The Hospitality Committee is responsible for welcoming first-time visitors and planning logistics for food and item distribution during church events.

Their roles include:

  • Maintaining an inventory of supplies
  • Preparing welcome bags for newcomers
  • Coordinating events such as repasts, ordinations, outreach visits, and post-service snacks
  • Supporting ministers with outreach (e.g., toy drives, book bag giveaways)
  • Sharing announcements via social media, the church website, and through the church secretary
  • Ensuring compliance with multipurpose room/dining hall rules and reporting issues to administrators and the Pastor
